We start with cold pressed coffee extract, adding a small amount of invert sugar (1/10th what you might expect from other coffee liqueurs) and in an exciting twist we blend with spirit that has rested in our ex Rhum (ex 40 year old Pedro Ximenez) 100L barrels. The result is a strong coffee liqueur with a long complex finish, perfect for an Espresso Martini.

A shot in the Dark won a bronze at the 2020 Australian Distilled Spirits Awards.
