When can I pickup my order?
As soon as you make the order your an come and collect it.
Have all orders been fulfilled?
Yes, as of 20 April all orders have been sent a pickup notification
Please check your email and spam folders. If you made a typo when completing the form you are not alone, over 300 people did this. Please email support with the subject line "Missing Email" with your order number if you have it, otherwise the first and last name of the person who completed the order, please send from the CORRECT email address.
What confirmation information do I need when collecting?
The most efficient method of collection will be with your #BDC confirmation number (received in your order confirmation email - e.g., #BDC1911112).
Can you ship Hand Sanitiser?
No, we cannot ship this product, it is flammable due to the hospital grade ethanol content. (80%). For large wholesale orders, we now have Chemical Couriers who can transport. Please discuss your requirements with our sales team at the time of placing your order, our contact details are below.

Yes, the Safety Data Sheet is available on our website. You can also find it HERE.
Is your collection centre social distancing compliant?
Yes it is. It took some time to set up but our fulfilment centre which is now operational at our new Warehouse in West End.

How do you prioritise orders?
We are prioritising Medical, Health Care and Essential Services. If an order comes in from a hospital we have to move all other orders down the fulfilment order. Please note we are doing our best to satisfy orders into logical and ethical order. We ask you to please be patient as we work through this daily.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Your refund via Square (3-7days) and your bank (2-7days) may take up to 14 working (business) days to process.
